Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, celery, carrots, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Add shredded chicken and heavy cream. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
