  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil cauliflower florets in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain and transfer to a blender.
  3. 3. Add garlic, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and butter. Blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
