Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- ¼ cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Boil cauliflower florets in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Drain and transfer to a blender.
3. Add garlic, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and butter. Blend until smooth.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
