Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
6. Return chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through and sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
