Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. 5. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
  6. 6. Return chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through and sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
