Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. 4. Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. 5. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
