- 1 cup Cucumber, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup Fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- ½ cup Ice cubes
1. Add cucumber, Greek yogurt, mint leaves, honey, and ice cubes to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
