- 2 Cucumbers sliced thin
- ½ cup Red Onion sliced thin
- ¼ cup White Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the sliced cucumbers and red onion to the bowl.
3. Toss everything together until well coated.
4. Sprinkle with fresh dill before serving.
