Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cucumber, thinly sliced Persian or English cucumbers work best
- ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Optional, for garnish
1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.
2. Add thinly sliced cucumbers to the bowl and mix well to coat with the vinegar mixture.
3. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
