  • 1 large Cucumber grated and excess water squeezed out
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. 3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
