Cucumbers in Sour Cream Recipe

- 2 large Cucumbers sliced thin
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
3. Mix everything together until the cucumbers are well coated.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
