Ingredients 

Batter

  • 1 cup Pancake mix
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 18 pieces Oreos
  • as needed Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, and egg. Stir until smooth.
  3. Dip each Oreo into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  4. Carefully place the battered Oreos into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
