Main Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon paprika for garnish
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let eggs stand in hot water for 10-12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel, and cut in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Mash yolks with a fork and stir in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
