Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let eggs stand in hot water for 10-12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel, and cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Mash yolks with a fork and stir in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
