Dinner Rolls Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- 1 cup Warm water 110°F
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Egg beaten
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Add sugar, butter, salt, egg, and 2 cups of flour. Beat until smooth.
Stir in remaining flour to form a soft dough.
Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes.
Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch dough down. Divide into 12 pieces; shape each into a ball. Place in a greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.
