Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 head Lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Doritos crushed
  • 1 cup Catalina Dressing

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the package instructions.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and crushed Doritos.
  4. 4. Add the cooked beef to the salad mixture and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Drizzle with Catalina dressing and toss again to coat evenly.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
