  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 bag frozen hash browns (32 oz)
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Cook the sausage until browned.
  3. Add the hash browns and cook until they start to brown.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs and pour over the sausage and hash browns.
  5. Cook until eggs are set, stirring occasionally.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt.
