Main Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon milk
- ½ cup chocolate chips
1. Heat treat the flour by microwaving it for about 1 minute or until it reaches 165°F to kill any bacteria.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
3. Add vanilla extract and milk, and mix until combined.
4. Gradually add the heat-treated flour and mix until just combined.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
6. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
