Main Ingredients
- ¼ cup cold whole milk
- 2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- ½ cup cold seltzer
Pour the milk into a tall glass.
Add the chocolate syrup and stir vigorously until well mixed.
Slowly pour the seltzer into the glass, stirring gently. The drink should be frothy.
Serve immediately.
