Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs boiled
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  4. 4. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  5. 5. Add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Add boiled eggs and mix well.
  7. 7. Add garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
