Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
4. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
5. Add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add boiled eggs and mix well.
7. Add garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes.
8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
