Egg in a Pepper Recipe
A simple and delicious breakfast or brunch recipe where an egg is cooked inside a bell pepper ring.

- 2 bell peppers sliced into rings
- 2 eggs
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Place bell pepper rings in the skillet.
3. Crack an egg into each bell pepper ring.
4. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Cook until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 5 minutes.
6. Serve immediately.
