- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Water as needed
1. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
2. Make a well in the center and add eggs. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
4. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and cut into noodles.
5. Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
