  • 4 large Eggs hard-boiled
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
  • 4 slices Bread your choice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Once done, cool them under cold water and peel.
  2. 2. Chop the eggs and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. 4. Spread the egg salad mixture onto two slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices.
  5. 5. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
