Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Firm tofu drained
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the tofu, non-dairy milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Mix the cooked spinach into the tofu mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a pie dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden and firm.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
