Eggless Tofu Spinach Quiche

Main Ingredients
- 1 block Firm tofu drained
- 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
- 1 cup Non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a blender, combine the tofu, non-dairy milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
Mix the cooked spinach into the tofu mixture.
Pour the mixture into a pie dish and smooth the top.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden and firm.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
