Main Ingredients
- 4 ears Corn Husked
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Cotija Cheese Crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Chili Powder
- ¼ cup Cilantro Chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Salt Or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper Or to taste
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill the corn for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
3. Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly. Cut the kernels off the cob and place them in a mixing bowl.
4. Add the mayonnaise, cotija cheese, lime juice, chili powder, cilantro, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
