Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Whole wheat flour
- 1 cup Sprouted spelt flour
- ½ cup Sprouted barley flour
- ¼ cup Sprouted millet flour
- ¼ cup Sprouted lentil flour
- 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
- 1 ½ cups Warm water
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, honey, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
2. Add the whole wheat flour, sprouted spelt flour, sprouted barley flour, sprouted millet flour, and sprouted lentil flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until well combined.
3. Add the salt and continue to mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place the loaf in a greased loaf pan.
6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped. Let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
