Ingredients

  • 6 cups Frozen Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Ham
  • ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk (12 oz)
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer the hash browns, cheese, ham, and green onions in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add evaporated milk, pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
