Main Ingredients
- 6 cups Frozen Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Diced Ham
- ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
- 8 Eggs
- 1 can Evaporated Milk (12 oz)
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Layer the hash browns, cheese, ham, and green onions in the dish.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add evaporated milk, pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
