Instructions
1. Toast the pita bread in a skillet until crispy, then break into pieces.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, and mint.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
5. Add the toasted pita pieces and toss again just before serving.
