Fennel Orange Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 bulbs Fennel thinly sliced
- 2 Oranges peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. Thinly slice the fennel bulbs and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Peel and slice the oranges, then add them to the bowl with the fennel.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the fennel and oranges, and toss to combine.
5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to an hour before serving.
