Main Ingredients
- 200 g Fideo pasta
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the fideo pasta and cook until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Pour in the chicken broth and tomato sauce, stir to combine.
Add cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
