  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½-inch slices
  • 8 oz Goat cheese softened
  • 6 figs Fresh figs sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them lightly with olive oil.
  3. Bake the slices for about 10 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.
  4. Spread a generous amount of softened goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  5. Top each slice with a few slices of fresh figs.
  6. Drizzle honey over the figs and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
