Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast cubed
- 1 cup Carrots diced
- 1 cup Celery diced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 8 cups Chicken broth
- 2 cups Elbow macaroni
- 1 cup Evaporated milk
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken and cook until it turns white.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add the carrots and celery. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
5. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until tender.
6. Pour in the evaporated milk and stir well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
