- 1 lb Flank Steak Butterflied
- 1 cup Spinach Fresh
- 1 cup Bell Peppers Sliced
- ½ cup Cheese Shredded
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lay the butterflied flank steak flat and season with salt and pepper.
Layer spinach, bell peppers, and cheese evenly over the steak.
Roll the steak tightly and secure with toothpicks.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak roll on all sides.
Transfer the steak roll to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
