Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Flatbread
  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese
  • ¼ cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Chopped Spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the flatbreads with olive oil.
  4. Crack two eggs onto each flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, and chopped spinach over the eggs.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
