Foil Potatoes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, and thyme.
Divide the potatoes onto four pieces of aluminum foil. Fold the foil over the potatoes and seal the edges.
Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
Carefully open the foil packets and serve hot.
