- 1 unit Rib Roast (about 6 pounds)
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Rosemary, chopped
1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. Rub the rib roast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
3. Place the roast in a roasting pan, bone side down.
4. Roast for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (165°C).
5. Continue roasting for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
6. Let the roast rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
