Ingredients 

Pizza Dough

  • 1 lb Pizza Dough

Cheese

  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Fontina Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Gorgonzola Cheese crumbled

Sauce

  • ½ cup Tomato Sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella, parmesan, fontina, and gorgonzola cheeses evenly over the sauce.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
