French Dip Sandwich Recipe

- 1 lb Roast beef, thinly sliced
- 4 French rolls split
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, heat the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder over medium heat.
Add the roast beef slices to the skillet and simmer for about 5 minutes, until heated through.
Place the French rolls on a baking sheet and top each with 2 slices of Provolone cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are toasted.
Remove the rolls from the oven and fill each with the warm roast beef slices.
Serve the sandwiches with a small bowl of the au jus (the broth mixture) for dipping.
