  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 packet French Onion Soup Mix
  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 8 slices Bread your choice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and French onion soup mix. Stir well.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on 4 slices of bread.
  3. Top each with a slice of provolone cheese and another slice of bread.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  5. Cook sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
