  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.25 cup red onion, diced
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, red onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
