Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon, skin removed and finely chopped
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the salmon patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve the salmon burgers on buns with your favorite toppings and condiments.
