- 2 Bagels sliced in half
- 1 cup Mixed greens
- 1 Tomato sliced
- ½ Cucumber sliced
- ¼ Red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Cream cheese
1. Spread cream cheese on both halves of the bagels.
2. Layer the mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, and red onion on one half of each bagel.
3. Top with the other half of the bagel.
