Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Tortillas whole wheat or regular
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Carrots julienned
- 1 cup Cucumbers sliced
- 0.5 cup Bell Peppers sliced
- 0.25 cup Hummus optional
1. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
2. Spread a thin layer of hummus on each tortilla, if using.
3. Evenly distribute the lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers on each tortilla.
4. Roll up each tortilla tightly and slice in half if desired.
5. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for later.
