- 1 cup Pickled jalapenos drained
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
Lime Ranch
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh chives chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Dip the pickled jalapenos in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture.
4. Fry the jalapenos in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
5. For the lime ranch, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
6. Serve the fried jalapenos with the lime ranch dipping sauce.
