- 500 g Ground pork
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Milk
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Butter for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped onion, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the meatballs until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes on each side.
5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
