Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dates pitted
  • 1 cup Mixed Nuts unsalted
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a sticky ball.
  2. 2. Add the mixed nuts and pulse until they are finely chopped and well combined with the dates.
  3. 3. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl. Add dried cranberries, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  4. 4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. 5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
