- 1 cup Dates pitted
- 1 cup Mixed Nuts unsalted
- ½ cup Dried Cranberries
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
1. In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a sticky ball.
2. Add the mixed nuts and pulse until they are finely chopped and well combined with the dates.
3. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl. Add dried cranberries, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
