Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen fruit (e.g., berries, mango, etc.)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let it cool.
2. In a blender, combine the frozen fruit, cooled sugar syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for about 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches a sorbet consistency.
