Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cold, cut into cubes
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg beaten

Filling

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add beaten egg and mix until dough forms. Press into a tart pan.
  3. Bake crust for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread filling into cooled crust. Arrange fresh fruit on top. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
