- 1 lb Green beans trimmed
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the green beans and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the green beans are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
