- 500 g Mushrooms cleaned and sliced
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Stir in the parsley and serve immediately.
