- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
4. Brush the shrimp with the garlic butter mixture.
5. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
