  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten chicken breasts to ¼ inch thickness.
  3. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place a spoonful of cheese mixture on each chicken breast and roll up.
  5. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  6. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chicken rollups until golden brown.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
