  • 1 lb green beans trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic oil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot.
