Instructions
Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
